Frequently asked questions about car rentals

  • What should I do if I've committed a traffic violation?
    We will transfer the fine for the traffic violation to you, so please make the payment. You are responsible for the fine.
  • Does the rental vehicle come with any type of Insurance Cover?
    All our rental cars have Third Party insurance, covering damages to another vehicle or person in the event of an accident.
  • What should I do if I have an accident?
    Single vehicle accident -If you happen to have an accident while driving a rental car, please park the car in a safe place first. Check and see if anyone was involved and if there are any injuries, then make sure to contact the Emergency Services 000. Please also contact us immediately. Accident involving another vehicle Make sure you get the following information ・REGO number of the other car ・Name, Address, Licence number, Phone number of the other party ・Make, Model, and Color of the other party's vehicle ・Location of the accident scene ・Take photos of accident situation
  • Do you charge Cancellation Fee?
    No cancellation fee is charged, if you cancel the booking within 3 days prior to the booking date.
  • How can I make sure my reservation is confirmed?
    We will send you confirmation email once we receive your payment. Our staff will contact you within 24hours once you send a message to us.
  • What happens if I return the vehicle late?
    Please contact us if you will be late and returning your car later than your returning time on your contract. However, you must return the vehicle as per stated on the agreement. If you do not return the car without contacting us, the vehicle will be reported immediately to the police station as stolen.
  • Can I drive to different states?
    You absolutely can! Since we set no mileage limit, you are allowed to go anywhere you'd like no matter how far your destinations are.
  • Do I need to refuel before returning?
    When you return the rental car, please make sure to fill up the appropriate fuel.
  • How can I pick up the car?
    Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email which contains the password for the key box and its location. Take the key from the box and you can start driving.
  • How can I return the car?
    Park the vehicle at its original location and return the key in the key box. Then take photos of the vehicle and location, and send them to us via email to let us know where you park the car.
  • How many people can drive ?
    Please add an additional driver at the time of booking.  If someone other than the driver specified at the time of reservation is driving and causes an accident, all compensation will not apply.
  • How much should I pay for the bond?
    We request two weeks worth of rental fee to be paid as bond. This will be returned to you when there are no problems after the vehicle is returned. If driver is under 25 years old, the bond will be higher than normal.
